We ourselves are a young team and as long term impact is our goal; it is the young generations of people we like to involve from the very beginning.

Permaculture philosophy and the practical art of designing ones land, home and future require boundless energy and imagination so who better to use then the younger generations who are always on the look out for some solid footsteps to follow?!

One of our recent urban projects, located deep in Kangemi Slums was located at a Primary school of 300 children aged 5 to 13 and involved the planting of extensive school gardens to supplement their midday meal. We  put in a small food forest and successfully tapped into the excitement created by the ever-greening environment, allocating each of the children in grade 6, 7 & 8 a tree to care for, an experiment that has proven a definite 'keeper'
